1. Introduction & Clear Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how 99exch ("we", "us", "99exchi.net") collects, uses, stores and protects your information when you use our website and the 99exch app downloaded as the 99exch APK. By creating a 99exch ID, downloading the 99exch APK, or using our services, you agree to the practices described here.

We've written this policy in plain language so you always know what happens to your data. It applies to all users of 99exchi.net and the 99exch app across India, and it covers account information, payment details, device data and the permissions the 99exch APK requests on your phone.

Data the 99exch APK collects

When you install the 99exch APK, the 99exch app may access device storage to install and cache the app, network state to connect to our servers, and may send notifications.
